BSides Canberra CFP is to be run as openly and transparently as possible. Talks will be selected to cover a variety of topics and we aim to provide new speakers with an opportunity to present in a friendly environment.

Rich leads a small team of vulnerability researchers and software developers. They develop their own vulnerability discovery tools so that they can help vendors find and fix bugs in software.

Kylie studied Telco Engineering at ANU in the late 90s and has a Masters in Computer Networking with CSU. She has worked primarily within Network Engineering across government and private sectors and currently consults as a Network Security Specialist. In her spare time she enjoys building and breaking networks, pushing boundaries in security and knowledge.

Matt is a partner at elttam, an Australian security boutique, where he specializes in threat modelling, code review and playing around with data.

Senior Engineer

Security Detection Technology Lead in Security Operations, Telstra where she specializes in getting a large variety of security tools working together effectively to provide actionable alerts for the SOC. She also get to deal with mountains of raw packets and data.
